• Eco-Art Therapy Group - combines spontaneous art-making with connecting to the great outdoors…a sweet recipe for healing, calm and resilience

• Empowering Girls Through Art Group - ages 13-17. Spring 2024. Please contact me to be added to list of interested participants.

• The Great Wait: an Art Group for Expecting Moms -explores themes of identity, expectations, healing, transformation, parenting, perinatal mental health, grief

• Parenting Through Difficult Emotions - explores the complexity of raising kids, while holding existential matters in our hearts, and having those difficult conversations, includes art-making

• Climate Cafe - a facilitated forum for sharing feelings about climate change

• SoulCollage® - a collage-making card group to gain deeper insight and understanding about yourself and your place in the Cosmos… you create a deck of personalized cards and engage with them by asking questions!
