• Eco-Art Therapy Group - combines spontaneous art-making with connecting to the great outdoors…a sweet recipe for healing, calm and resilience (note: this can be offered as an intergenerational group as well)

• Empowering Girls Through Art Group - tween or teen groups.

• The Great Wait: an Art Group for Expecting Moms -explores themes of identity, expectations, healing, transformation, parenting, perinatal mental health, grief

• Parenting Through the Polycrisis - explores the complexity of raising kids, while holding existential matters in our hearts, and having those difficult conversations

• Arts-Based Climate Cafe - a safe place for listening and sharing about your feelings about the climate crisis
